The existing expansion tank was found to be severely rusted and leaking, compromising the performance and safety of the HVAC system. The tank was removed and replaced with a new, properly sized unit. All piping connections were secured and tested to ensure leak-free operation, restoring proper system pressure and reliability
Boiler #2 Partial Rebuild

Boiler #2 had a cracked section that was replaced approximately one year ago by the previous contractor. A new 700 lb section was delivered to the boiler room, and six boiler sections were rebuilt with the new section installed.
